Cookie Policy

Effective date: 28 May 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work correctly, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to website owners. Similar technologies such as local storage and session storage serve the same general purpose.

2. How we use cookies

LinkRithm uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Authentication — to keep you logged in across page navigations. Without these, you would be signed out every time you change page.
  • Session management — to remember your active workspace and preferences during a session.
  • Security — to protect against cross-site request forgery and other security threats.
  • Analytics — to understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and anonymised where possible.

3. Types of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the platform to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take, such as logging in. Without them, the Service cannot be provided.

Functional cookies

These cookies allow the platform to remember choices you make (such as your selected workspace) and provide enhanced features. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our platform.

Analytics cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with LinkRithm by collecting and reporting information anonymously. This helps us measure and improve our service.

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are placed by third-party services that appear on our platform. We use the following third-party services that may set cookies:

  • Supabase — authentication session cookies required to maintain your login state.
  • Stripe— payment processing cookies set when you visit billing-related pages. Stripe's cookie policy applies to these.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertising networks.

5. How long cookies last

Cookies are either session cookies or persistent cookies:

  • Session cookies expire when you close your browser and are used to maintain your authenticated session.
  • Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period (typically up to 1 year) or until you delete them. These are used to remember your preferences across sessions.

6. Managing cookies

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can:

  • View cookies currently stored on your device.
  • Block all or specific cookies.
  • Delete cookies that have already been set.

Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from using the LinkRithm platform, as authentication relies on them. Instructions for managing cookies can be found in your browser's help documentation.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. LinkRithm currently does not alter its behaviour based on DNT signals, as there is no consistent industry standard for responding to them. We will update this policy if that changes.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect when the most recent changes were made. We encourage you to revisit this page occasionally.
